Hello! Welcome to the shop, home of illustrator Melanie Chadwick’s quirky brand Mellybee. Here you’ll find a variety of products suitable for brightening your home or for giving to friends and family.

Mellybee aims to inspire joy and creativity as well as producing products that are functional and beautiful.

Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received and you will receive an email letting you know when your items are on their way to you.

Items are posted twice a week-so you should receive your products between 2-5 days. They will be posted First Class. Some of the items are made to order so may take 7 days to be dispatched. We will email you if this is the case.

Please bear in mind that most of Mellybee products are handmade- meaning that there may be slight differences between product photo and actual product you will receive (this is what makes your item unique).

On this basis we will only accept a return if the item is damaged or faulty after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively we are happy to exchange an item- products should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Goods will only be accepted for exchange/return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
