My item hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If your item hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of purchase please let us know by emailing us at info@tworedtrees.co.uk. We will look into the issue immediately.
I am unhappy with my product, what should I do?
Each of our sellers has their own returns policy. In the instance that you need to return an item please contact the seller direct in the first instance and then email us at info@tworedtrees if you have any problems.
I would like to commission one of your sellers to do a piece of work for me, how do I contact them?
We always encourage commissions for our sellers! Please email us with your request and we will pass it on info@tworedtrees.co.uk
